Welcome to Her Couture. By browsing our website, placing an order, or purchasing from our boutique, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Her Couture

Her Couture is a fashion boutique based in Sanad, Kingdom of Bahrain, specializing in elegant evening dresses, exclusive ready-to-wear collections, and custom-made designs.

Our collections feature carefully selected European and Turkish designs, with limited quantities available.

2. Product Availability

  • All dresses are subject to availability.

  • Some designs are available in limited quantities or as a single piece.

  • Adding an item to your inquiry or contacting us does not guarantee availability.

  • Our team will confirm availability before proceeding with payment.

3. Ordering Process

  • Customers may browse our collection and select their preferred dresses.

  • Once a dress is selected, customers will be redirected to our official WhatsApp for order confirmation.

  • Our team will verify the dress's availability, size, color, price, and any requested alterations.

  • Payment instructions will be provided after the order has been confirmed.

  • An order is not finalized until payment or any required deposit has been received and accepted.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Bahraini Dinars (BHD).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will retain their agreed prices.

  • Payment must be completed through our approved payment methods.

  • Any applicable delivery fees will be communicated before payment.

5. Alterations

  • Standard alterations to ready-made dresses are included in the purchase price, where applicable and agreed upon during order confirmation.

  • Alterations are subject to the dress design, fabric, and technical feasibility.

  • Significant design changes or additional customization may involve extra charges, which will be communicated before work begins.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

6. Custom-Made Dresses

  • Customers may request custom-made dresses based on their preferred designs, sizes, colors, and available fabrics.

  • Custom designs may also be created using reference photographs provided by customers.

  • The estimated production period is approximately 10–14 days, subject to design complexity and material availability.

  • Production begins only after the design details and required payment have been confirmed.

  • Once production begins, changes may not be possible or may involve additional charges.

  • Custom-made dresses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for changes of mind or personal preference, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

7. No Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Her Couture, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

  • All ready-made, altered, and custom-made dresses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for these reasons.

  • Customers are responsible for confirming the size, color, design, and measurements before purchasing.

  • Once a custom-made order has entered production, cancellations are not accepted for change of mind.

  • This policy does not affect customers' legal rights in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products under Bahrain consumer protection laws.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our No Returns & Exchanges Policy, subject to applicable law.

8. Colors & Product Images

  • We aim to display dress colors, fabrics, and details as accurately as possible.

  • Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

  • Handmade details, embroidery, and embellishments may have minor variations.

9. Collection & Delivery

  • Customers may arrange to collect their orders from our boutique.

  • Delivery availability, fees, and estimated delivery dates will be confirmed before payment.

  • Her Couture will inform customers of any significant delays affecting their orders.

10. Customer Measurements

  • Customers must provide accurate measurements for custom-made orders and alterations.

  • Her Couture will provide guidance where possible.

  • Additional adjustments required due to incorrect customer-provided measurements may result in additional charges.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, photographs, text, and original designs belonging to Her Couture are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content may not be copied or used commercially without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

Customer information, including names, contact details, measurements, and order details, will be used for processing orders, communicating with customers, and providing our services.

We will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

13. Changes to Terms

Her Couture reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any changes will be published on our website and will apply prospectively, subject to applicable laws.
